Hello fellow model railroaders,
I recently upgraded my system from the Cab1 TMCC System to a Base 1L with the WiFi Module and for control, the iCab ($50) app. And, in general I'm happy with the system. I only have older TMCC1 loco's (with Odyssey), and I have found that not all TMCC functions work, specifically, the RPM changing with both throttle response and manually adjusting. Is this normal?
I do have the app in TMCC mode and am running v1.4x20.
I was told by Lionel, before purchasing all this new gear, that I would have all older Cab1 functions, but that some Legacy features might not work. I am working with them directly on this issue, but in the meantime I wanted to throw a thread out there to get some other 'real world' observations.
