Yes, my basement was disrupted by this "remnant" of the storm...after everything, we got 7.8 inches of rain. Many forecasters had our area in the 2 to 4 inch range. At one point, it was gushing through one wall and we were up until 3:30 mopping, pumping and bailing water. Better today...
