Identifying O-Gage and 027-Gage whistles

Greenberg repair manual pg. 641 says the O-gage and 027-gage whistle are mechanically identical, but the motors differ in the windings of the motor field. If I measure the resistance of the field, what resistance is the O-gage field and what resistance is the 027-gage field?

The "O" whistle should be just slightly higher resistance than the O-27 whistle, based on the "O" units being designed to run at a couple of volts higher if they are designed to draw about the same amount of current.
