They are JST-EH connectors you have pictured.  Here's the contacts on Digikey: SEH-001T-P0.6

Most of the ones used on TMCC boards are JST EH connectors and are hard to find in all sizes. Legacy boards also use 2mm JST PH and 1.5mm JST ZH which can be found on Amazon in kits that are reasonably priced.
Amazon also has 2.54mm/.1” JST XH kits but these have different housings than the EH connectors. Can be made to fit if EH cannot be found but not ideal.

Here FWIW is a reference table that I use to help with the connector hysterics. Its a work in progress and is about due for another update one day. Note that the crimp tools referenced are ones that I have on hand; others will also work.

FWIW, I use the Engineer PA-09 crimp tool on most of this stuff.  The IWISS IWS 2820M is another similar tool that works as well.  I have used both of these on most of the 2.54mm and down to the 1.5mm stuff.

I think there is a mistake in your table. I believe the 1.25mm JST connectors are the GH series.

I believe you're wrong, they're the Molex Picoblade, I use them all the time in Legacy engines.

I’m talking about row number five. JST PH is listed twice.

You're right, don't know what that was representing.  The only 1.25mm connector I use is the Picoblade.

Here's the available JST 1.25mm connectors from the JST site.  I've never used any of these.

Norm, that link I posted is still good, you just can't get pre-made jumpers.  However, the connectors, pins, and PCB headers are all availaible.

Well, I bought a bunch of each size, and I have a big box of old Lionel wire harnesses, so I suspect I'm in the same situation.  When all the domestic places were showing a year or more lead times, I went on a mission to stock the connectors I use before they vanished!

I just wish I could have stocked the MTH boards I needed as well.
