Thats one big foot print for a home layout. with that ampount of space seems one would want a bit more the circles?

$5500 seems like a lot of money for very little. You only get what you see in the pictures which is benchwork plus some track. A layout based on the 1949 showroom layout would be a lot of fun but not worth the price asked IMHO.
