the pilot truck of my 682 lost it's spring. Therefore the truck lifts up and derails frequently. I have a new spring but I forget how to safely remove the truck so that I can install the spring. Thanks everyone.

Remove the truck pivot screw and turn the truck sideways to unhook from the T-bar. You may have to remove the body to clear the pilot. If you can’t spin the spring on over the washer you will have to drive out the T-bar , install the spring, washer and you may be able to re-rivet the T-bar back to the frame, or obtain a replacement from www.ttender.com
