There have been some really large heat exchangers shipped out of the Wilkes-Barre Air products plant via rail. I wish I had pics. Several yes ago, one was too large for rail transport, so it was loaded onto a special flatbed truck. Twice the load shifted, the first was about one tenth of a mile from the plant, and the second was about a mile or so further south. The Load had to sit on the side of the road for a few days until it could be re secured. It was headed to Texas to be shipped overseas. The exchangers look similar to the cylinder load in the last photo above, but are substantially longer.
