Hi - Trying to reach Scale City Design but not getting any response from them - Does any one know if they are closed due to Conv-19?

I ordered through their website a couple weeks ago and received my items within 4 days or so with no problems.

Same here. I placed my order and received my items in a reasonable time. Not a problem.
Maybe they are only doing "on line" orders and not answering the phone or emails. Just a thought.

No, they are not closed. I placed an order with them about 3 weeks ago. Sometimes they are not very responsive, but they are open.

Another thing to consider - if using email, your message might not be going through, or it might be landing in the recipient's spam folder. No way to know if it's not going through, and many people never check their spam folder or they routinely just clear it out. I had the spam folder problem with a well-known dealer awhile back - easily remedied with a phone call. Now, if they don't pick up the phone...
I check my spam folder occasionally, although not as often as I should. You'd be surprised how often a legitimate email is sitting there.
