Have you tried MTH's product locator, and have you tried googling the MTH item #?
Yes I did that and the MTH system drew a blank, even on the dealer list ...

I may be a bit fuzzy on the details here but I am under the impression that the MTH dealer locator only works when the dealer enters the data into the site. Many small dealers either don't want to or don't have the time. I find small (and medium) shops all the time that have stuff long forgotten. I got my Z4K receiver a few months ago at a tiny shop that had about 4 of them on the rack. It pays to hunt.
A couple of suggestions...
- Post an entry here in the "Wanted to Buy" forum. You may well find someone willing to part with one. The last one I saw on here went for $75.
- Let e-bay notify you when one is added to the site. I got notified on Wednesday of a complete system for sale. Sometimes it is worth it just to get the receiver.
- If you do find a source, buy 2 - especially if you get a good price. That way you either have a spare in case the first breaks or you have a 2nd if you ever add another Z4K.
