The best IMO. Customer is number 1. When I had a problem with an engine. He stepped up and made it right. Even though I live on the east coast of Pennsylvania and have to pay a tax on any item I order from him IMO it is worth it to have a shop that stands behind what they sell.

Jason is fantastic to person to deal with. He's friendly, he is reasonable in pricing and is quick to respond to question or needs.

Now, that could be good if you're just placing an order, and looking for a short phone call, but, could be not so good, too, if you were looking for "Jason" to load up your credit card with all those "don't you needs" like Jimmy used to do!

First class operation.  I am new to MTH purchases within the last year and half.  Tried to use Jim until he transitioned, but have been with Jason for about a year now or little longer.  Very pleased with him and would highly recommend.  He gets all of my new purchases.

Jason is my main train guy. His service and prices are frist rate. It's always a pleasure speaking and dealing with him.

Stopped by to see Jason for the first time in July. His shop was a small building behind a house just out of town in Summerhill PA on a road leading North from Rt 53. Hard to find but we got lucky and glad we did. Agree he is a real nice person to deal with and talk to. He told us that he was moving the shop to a larger building in downtown Johnstown PA but I have not seen any reference to the move on the Forum. He said the move was a week or two away so it should have happened. Has anyone been to the new Shop??

I have been dealing with Jason since Jimmy retired, and I am very pleased with Jason. I have purchased several engines, rolling stock, and accessories from him and he has always had the best prices. He ships promptly, packages well, replies to my emails and is very cordial on the phone.
