JLC vs. Blue Box difference???

Does anyone know what the difference between these two engines? One is a JLC black box and one is a Blue box. They are the same engine with he same part number. BUT, is there a difference, is one better or more updated than the other? Please advise if you are in the know. thx.

Same part number they are the same. Why to difference in boxes, no clue.

It’s s the same box. The ends are just blue.
