Any L&N guys tell me if this is a good rendition of an L&N caboose? I thought l had a Mullet River kit, but it is for a Southern side door. My grandfather built L&N 'beese in the L&N shops, so l should have one...

I don't consider myself an expert but I once had an extensive HO L&N collection and I never saw an L&N version of this Lionel caboose. They did have "Big Woody" and "Little Woody" cabooses. I think Lionel is thinking of the "Little Woody's" and their small cupolas with this release. Which is close enough for me to order both numbers.

jW. Thanks! Amazing that it seems little can't be found in HO brass, and a lot even in O brass. Any O brass ones been done? When were they building big and little woodies? Must be an L&N book that knows.
I meant to say MTH's new low cupola caboose and not Lionel. But you were talking about brass anyway now that i pay better attention. I need to stop posting when i am sleepy, sorry.
I don't anything about o scale brass though.Out of my budget.
