A entire conversation was recorded and loaded on the Lionel Trains facebook page today regarding a Disney Lionchief that you guys would not take back, from a customer. Its broke and you will charge him a restocking fee. I just listened to it, you guys should straighten this out because he is putting it on every O gauge facebook page.
