K-Line by Lionel RS3

I have one that seems to have short in the front truck. How do you get the truck off?

It will run then short out the transformer fuse. The coupler also fires with this issue. I can't see any bare wires above the frame and to the truck. If I hold the front truck off the rails and push it around it does not short. Any help is appreciated.
