I have 4 K-Line K4680 PRR 15" Passenger Cars (Broadway Limited) where the diaphragms hang up and because of stiffness cause the cars to derail. it happens mostly on curves/switches (0-60 & 0-72) going in reverse but also while going forward. I am running them with a lionmaster T1. it seems the edges of the diaphragms are catching together forcing the cars into derail. I am reluctant to trim them down and wonder if there is some way to decrease the stiffness so they are more flexible. anybody have any experience with this?
