I recently acquired a K-Line Mikado scale locomotive.  It originally had conventional control which I assume is similar to the Lionel DCDS / CONV. REVERSE UNIT / DRIVER (EU2 CODE).  It also had Lionel signal sounds which I assume was a lionel 691-PCB1-07B board.

Since wiring diagrams for the K line locomotives are non-existent, I was wondering if anyone with a conventional Mikado (or K4 or similar) would be willing to snap a few pictures of the wiring and components inside the tender for reference.  I think even a TMCC version would also be helpful.  From what I can tell, all of the electrical components (except the motor, smoke unit and lights) are in the tender.  It seems like when Lionel starting making these models they moved the motor control to the locomotive.

Wiring diagrams for the DCDS board and/or Signal sounds board would be helpful also.

I am not interested in upgrading the locomotive at this time, just getting it back together.

Thank you
