Good Evening Everyone,

I have a K-Line SP Daylight that came out in the early 2000's and it has some issues. Last year it lost its chuff and I decieded to get it fixed a couple months ago. The cherry switch and radio board have been replaced without any luck as to get the chuff to come back. The question is what else could be wrong with the engine (electronic/board wise)? Could the audio board be bad (note all other sounds work)? Or is it another board or boards that are bad?  Also the person I'm having work on it has checked for broken wires and hasn't found any.

Another question is, did the engine ever come with a manual (other than the little quick start booklet that K-Line gave with it's TMCC engine's)? If it did/does, does anyone have one and be able to scan it and email it to me (my email is in my profile)? Also what reset codes might we try to get the chuff to work again?

Thanks for the help and input in advance. If this is in the wrong section, please move it to the correct one.
