Actually, there's a lot more than 15 listed, don't know how many actually were made.
Don't forget that there were also several that were released under "K-Line by Lionel".

The bottom section that you listed is a repeat of the third section.
I seem to recall that all 50 were manufactured, the majority under K-Line by Lionel. A GG1 and Extended Vision caboose were also released to round out the set.

Cut-n-paste flaw, all fixed.
Between K line and Lionel they made a complete set.... 50....There is a GG 1 engine and caboose that complete the set. Ask me how I know😂

Cool, I never saw all of them in one place before!
I have the complete set in the attic...There are 50 state cars. An engine, caboose and two see through tank cars (representing the two US Mints).

I’ve got all 50 cars and the caboose. Didn’t know about the clear see through tankcars.
