Can motor, good gearing: runs smoothly (and slowly if you like); may even get command control one day. Wish that the donor K-line Pacific had had the
good-looking Boxpok drivers of the real 666. May do another 666 project one day; love the looks and the wide heft of the cab and cylinders.

I envy your modeling skills and admire this conversion. I'm a 2-rail (DCC) scale guy, but just LOVE the old trains as well (from my childhood 50+ years ago). Please post MORE of your work!

I can't get over what a gorgeous-looking loco that made. Of course, the excellent weathering makes it look very realistic.
