Hi guys
I'm trying to buy 5 packs of Kadee 745 couplers.
No one in Australia stocks them, as far as I can find.
Kadee are messing me about - and want to charge me US$50 to post a small parcel.
Is there a US based dealer who will deal with me by PayPal (it calculates the exchange rate automatically) ?

Micro-mark, in New Jersey, does Paypal checkout too. Micro-mark puts Kadees on sale a few times a year (I think the sale is actually a promotion by Kadee) for something like 20% off so sign up for their newsletter to see when they go on sale and then stock up. I'm sure Micro-mark will do international shipping but don't know how much of a premium they will charge for it. The owner of Micro-mark is a 2-rail O Scaler and has a large layout so many of the photos in his catalog are from his personal layout.

Might I suggest using Protocraft couplers instead? Kadees are nice but Protocraft or San Juan Car Company are nicer. And Protocraft now has both bottom and top operated couplers that contain scale width draft gear boxes.

Protocraft and Kadee are totally different products. I use Protocraft on locomotive pilots, and Kadees on the tender. They will couple together, but they are designed for different purposes.
