Kansas City Southern ES44AC 4709 and former TFM SD70MAC 1659 are northbound on the BNSF (former Burlington) main north of Kansas City. This video features both a runby (at Rushville, Mo.) and pacing scene as the train approaches the outskirts of St. Joseph, Mo. (population 80,000). The train will not slow much as it runs through town as the rail line runs between the edge of downtown and the eastern banks of the Missouri River.
