Chad, I'm glad you guys got on this web site, as there is a Mirad of Folks that will come to see and visit your place, when you get it far enough along to do "Show and Tells"......

There has been some rumors out there that you are considering purchasing the Rails from Ravenna back to Winchester to do Excursions on. That would be great, and thus making the Towns of Irvin-Ravenna Ky, a Destination Point, enlieu of just a drive by and look....!

A group of friends did a "Whistle Blow" for you guys, near the "Shop Site"...They also do them at several other places around the Country. If, and When you guys get an access to Live Steam, that will make all of the difference in the World, when using Steam over compressed Air, blowing the whistles, and I hope that you folks will invite them back again...........Brandy !

From the Mirriam-Webster dictionary app:

Swag -- Goods given to people who attend or participate in an event.

Related words -- prize, catch, take, treasure, windfall.

Additionally, as I learn from my kids and grandchildren, it seems to be evolving, in American use, particularly among young adults, to describe possessions legitimately acquired, usually displaying a prestigious or desirable logo.  I hear it used often to describe team wear, such as shirts, caps, jerseys, etc.
