Just received my Lionel, Thomas Kinkade All Aboard For Christmas boxcar.  The painting on the sides are beautiful, but the car is a stark naked white.  Not happy.  Anyone else have one that isn't satisfied with the white body?

I am thinking about masking off the paintings and carefully repaint the body to a light silvery gray, I think would improve the looks,  any one any thoughts about doing this.  Not really concerned about the collectability of the car

Merry Christmas to All

The white sides highlighted the wonderful color graphics that were on the sides of the cars, as well as the different bright colors of the tops and ends of each car. Coloring the sides would have diminished the effect. I think they're spectacular, but everyone has their own taste in art.
