I want to let everyone know about a very positive experience i just had with korber models,i ordered a 3 pack of o-scale industrial wall lamps,when i opened the box i noticed there were 3 boxes,so i assumed that 2 of the boxes were for packing to keep the other box from moving around,it did seem like a waste of shipping material,but what do i know so i didn't bother to open the boxes at that time,later in the day i wanted to make sure that the 3 lights worked ok so i opened one box,sure enough all 3 worked ok,then i opened the other 2 boxes & there were 3 lights in each one so i had 9 lights when i only paid for 3,i then called Rich,at korber models & told him about the mistake they made & i wanted to give him my credit card information so i could pay for the other 2 boxes that they had sent me by mistake,i could always find somewhere to use them,instead he told me to just keep them because it was there mistake,i again offered to pay for them & again he said to just keep them,this is indeed a terrific customer service experience,i have never heard of anyone else doing such a good deed,RICH,FROM KORBER MODELS,my thanks again for being such a standup man.
