We need to clear some space to make room for new structures coming out this fall.

We have reduced the price on three of our favorite compact industrial buildings, just right on any layout.  Just $15.95 each plus shipping

Model 902 Jaybar Corporation

The Jaybar Corporation is a single story brick industrial building like many factories found in small towns and cities across the country.  This building can be used for many purposes and businesses on your railroad. Compatible with Lionel, MTH, Bachmann and other O scale trains.

The Korber Jaybar Corporation includes molded details and injection molded windows to bring life to your model railroad.

Buildings like this are still in use across the land serving different uses in the community.  This structure fits nicely as a small business on your layout ranging from steam thru modern era.

It includes easy-to-follow assembly instructions.  Once assembled this model has approximately a 6” x 8” footprint.

By popular demand we have added a fourth building to the sale.

Hello Rich,I have been trying and trying to get ahold of you, regarding purchasing the wood parts that are needed for the support structure of a Six stall Korber Roundhouse.

I bought mine used at an auction, and during shipment most of the wooden support structure was damaged beyond repair.

Alex has told me he was going to relay my message to you,but maybe it never got through. I have called and left several messages to the Korber number on the website, but have not received a reply.

Please contact me.My e-mail is in my profile.

Thanks in Advance,Kenny Baughman

Hi Kenny,

Sorry I missed your call, I have had an issues with our voice mail.  I sent you an email with this information on how to get the parts locally if you like.

I will also post it here

Here are some links to the new instructions for the roundhouse kits model 304, it lists all the dimensions for the wood parts.

Here is a link to the Templates for the wood parts

http://www.korbermodels.com/up..._plan_templates1.pdf

These are full size and are to be printed on 11x17paper with no scaling, you can get them printed at staples or other such store.

The material in the older kits were ¼” square dowels available at most big box stores. Here is a link.

In the new kit we use 3/8” a bit larger, here is a link.

I hope you find this helpful.

Hello Rich,

Thanks for all of the info!!!I myself am a pretty busy fellow myself these days, and per my initial question,AM I able to just purchase the Wooden Structure parts for a 6 stall Korber Roundhouse from you,The Korber Company or not????

I would prefer to pay for the parts from you, where they are ready for assembly, than to go to THOSE Big Box stores, which I avoid like the plague that they have been to American business in general.

I would rather pay more and support a smaller business like Korber, where I am SURE I will get the right parts,pre-cut and ready for assembly. And if they are not pre cut,at least I would be sure I got the right stuff. If more people would make their product in the USA like you do,our country would not be in the quagmire we are currently in.

I don't know if you have ever had a request like mine,so judging from your answer,I am not sure if you will sell me the wooden structure parts alone, because I bought the item second hand at an auction,or if you just do not offer this type of service.

I thank you for your time and response, please let me know if I can just get the product from you,or if I have no choice but to go the route you outlined and covered so great in your first response.

I did buy the roundhouse at an auction,it was not cheap, and the main reason I did is because it was finished by Korber using your option to have Korber decorate and finish the model.

It looks FANTASTIC!!!!,and I would have never been able to achieve those same results as your master craftsmen who do this excellent work.

I hope you are able to sell the parts directly to me,but either way you have provided me a solution to my problem, and I am grateful for that.

Thank you,Kenny Baughman

Rich, I can not Thank You enough for your reply, and decision to sell the wood structure direct to me.

As I said,I bought the item second hand at an auction,ONLY because it was finished by one of your Master Craftsmen that work through your Korber Complete service.

I was so upset when it was damaged en route from the auction to my house, but thankfully only the wooden structure suffered damage, and the work done at Korber on the exterior looked even better up close when it got here!!

I am building my dream layout right now,and what O gauge dream layout would be complete without a Korber Roundhouse!!

I look forward to your e-mail,and I will be adding several more Korber Models to my layout as it develops.

Sincerely,Kenny Baughman e-mail in profile.

Hi Rich - Korber Models - "O" Scale

Purchased three of your kits from the sale on Tuesday Sept. 1st, 2015 and they all came via US Mail on Saturday Sept. 5th 2015.

They are excellent kits and will be on my to due list as a winter project. I plan to make all three into Structural Flats or full scale for the club layout.

Below is a photo of what I receive from the U.S. Mail Lady.
