I meant to post this earlier, but life, and its unfortunate habit of getting in the way of things, prevented it.

Anyway, I ordered two kits from HRM Laser Models in late August: the handcar shed and the octagon tower. Within less than a week, the kits arrived. I won't build them until this winter, but I am very much impressed with everything I've seen so far. The kits are not only reasonably priced but are also well made. The instructions are clear and concise. Pictures and a separate set of construction hints supplement the instructions. They look like fun kits to build; something I'm looking forward to. If I didn't already have a coaling tower, I would have gotten one of those, too.

To paraphrase the Gremlins 2 trailer, "Check it out, One time. Won't you?"
