I bought several packages of Leisuretime highway rolls - see attached picture for reference. One package was short of material. Sent them an email and got this response. Very happy with their customer service. Just thought I'd share....

I have their street as well and it is a very good product. I would advise it to the old time hobby artist and the new-bee as well. 
Can you do curves with that product?

I don't know if it was the same Co. but I bought some straight road pieces and when I opened them up they were tar paper. I took them back went in the garage and cut pieces off the roll I already had. I made all my roads, corners and parking lots with it then the lines I did with yellow and white pinstripe tape for cars. Choo Choo Kenny
