I purchaced  the new MTH Pennsy E8s from Pats trains, they arrived within two days. Typical quality issues had me calling Pat. He came instantly to the rescue and a new replacement set is on its way. Millions of thanks go out to you once more for you super service with a smile.

It sucks on both ends, as the cost to return the item cuts deeply into the awesome OGR discount Pat graciously gives already. For the prices we shell out for these toys its just a little to common. Repair/parts costs alone are cost prohibitive ( when available) and I'm sure even the best of us back yard mechanics don't have a clue with the new electronics. Would pay nicely for a comprehensive basement repair book.
