"A" throttle side whistle lever blows horn but also activates the e-unit. What could be causing the "A" throttle side to act up? Troubleshooting, "B" throttle whistle lever works normal and only blows horn. Whistle lever blows horn on both sides with e-unit off.  Both sides E-unit works with stop and go and directions buttons.
