Landmark Woodland Scenics Kits?

I have several of the subject buildings, which I purchased completely assembled. The buildings also are available as kits, with retail prices close to half of the finished building price.

Question to anyone who has these buildings kits: Do the kits include all the details as in the finished versions? Are the walls, roofs, etc., painted and weathered?

The kit versions contain the same parts and details but mine are molded in color but not painted and weathered....which is the way I like kits.
