Thank you Bill!!....  The lady in pink is a cousin of Veronica.  Her name is Chastity.  She lives in a downtown apartment and is visited by Veronica whenever she is in town "doing business".  Chastity spends a lot of time trying to convince Veronica to "mend her ways".....
