I need the correct size or lionel part number(they have many sizes). For the little rubber o rings that seal up the pop off and blowdown smoke features. One of mine broke in two.
I am using some shrink tube for now around the stand where it goes.its sealing up the hole for now, but would like to get it back to factory spec. Would get one to fix my broken one. Plus get some to have as spares. Thanks

Take the broken one down to your local auto parts store, preferably a good one, and match it up …..there has to be a suitable replacement out in the wild without having to rely on Lionel,…

I got this set when I needed an O Ring for my older VL Big Boy Blow Down.
I reach for this set from Harbor Freight when I need O-rings.

Harbor freight ones don’t work they’re still too big !! The o ring is tiny !! Mine was also spilt right out of the box!

Be warmed when you get them they'll most likely be all mixed up. I had to separate and put them back in the right cubbies but they had one that fit my Big Boy so it was worth it. I mentioned in my review after purchasing that they should individually bag the smaller ones.
Quick update : just so there’s no misleading information to this post . I was able to find the O ring in a kit at harbor freight after buying multiple kits.
the correct kit is a 225 piece Nitrile O ring (metric) item 67609
