Wow, That's pretty far over the top!!! The engine house is bigger that the main house!! Dedication to his hobby for sure....

Beautiful!!
Unbelievable. I saw a story about it last month, but the video shows there's a lot more to it. Looks like a very large farm property. $3.5M and it's all yours. Has an indoor layout, too.
Wow! And may I add, WOW!

Funny you mention that. This layout/house puts things into perspective since I figure that the trestle is probably worth many times the value of my collection.

OREGON !!!!!!!!!!!
you mean cold, wet, Oregon.
Overlandflyer, PLEASE keep spreading those thoughts, we already have more Califorians in Oregon than we would like to have. Please tell everybody you know, just how COLD, WET and MISERABLE it is living here in Oregon. The Bend, OR area has been so Californicated, that it is not as desirable to live in as it once was. Please come take home all the CA transplants, show them the ERROR of their ways. Us Native webfoots would Appreciate it more than you could possibly know.

Incredible, thanks for posting!
After seeing this layout, it's back to the drawing board. Thanks a lot, Tom Miller. Now look at what you have done.
HUmm have only a small area for your O Gauge ??? This gives me some ideas for a scene on the layout.
How about an O Gauge mainline out front, a house along side has this ride on railway set up in the back yard of your O Gauge layout.
Gives an excuse to run some loops around the house with N scale and an 1/48 scale engineer riding behind the N scale engine!
Might be an interesting feature on a layout!
