That looks a lot like my own layout, Brad....Its also a big step that helps move the rest along. I hope it turns out to be all you are hoping for.
By the way, in my experience, this is also the best time to get those backdrops in place...while the back walls are easily accessible. What will you be using to cover the brick? Foam core would be my choice...again, easiest to install now. Enjoy!

11 x 20 is a decent size to have available too.
The brick looks great and with careful planning could give you a unique and distinguished train room!

All the walls are brick; the layout is in the second floor storage area of our carpet store in Seattle. If I can move the storage tubes someday, I can go 1.5x larger.... :-)
I don't really want to mess with the brick...
With such a big table and dark walls, I hope you have a slide-in, lightweight scenic backdrop ready to go in place before it is harder to reach the walls.
