Has the LCCA had a convention in Scranton yet? How do they go about choosing a convention location? Thanks for any info on this, and for everyone attending, have a great time.

To my knowledge, the LCCA has not ever hosted a LCCA Annual convention in Scranton PA. In recent years, we have looked at Scranton as a possible LCCA Convention site. But, there have been a variety of reasons and obstacles for Scranton not meeting our convention needs and criteria. We currently have a volunteer convention team that seeks out Convention cities and properties.
I believe Scranton would be a great place to host a future LCCA Special event. We are looking for people who want to volunteer and host LCCA Special Events (SE) that are fun, family oriented and train related. I would love to have further discussions with you on this topic.
