LCCA Member David Cohen's Train Layout Video

Lionel Collectors Club of America Member, David Cohen (RM 30349) and his wife Lisa have created a fabulous action filled toy train layout in their home in Virginia Beach VA.  Click on the video link below http://youtu.be/TULd6BTB9z4 to view David's LCCA limited edition Santa Fe 208 Alco set running on this action packed layout.  David created distinctive realistic vignettes in a relatively small space by utilizing scenic dividers.  Learn about how David acquired his interest in Lionel trains and our hobby.  David and Lisa have created a fantastic Carnival scene utilizing custom made animations.  A unique feature of this layout is the usage of custom made, hand-built, inexpensive projects such as the Carnival stand made from an empty milk carton and a lemonade stand made from a plastic lemon juice container.  David and Lisa's creative talents are exhibited in all aspects of their layout.

We invite and welcome you to come to our 42nd Annual Convention to be held during the week of 7-23-12 at the Marriott Waterside Hotel in Norfolk, VA.  During our week-long convention, we are planning several free clinics and seminars.  David Cohen will be there conducting a clinic and demonstrating a "how to build" project for everyone's enjoyment.  Come to our convention, meet with David and learn how to create an inexpensive addition to you home layout.  Bring the entire family and friends.  We guarantee you will have fun!

This layout has lots of animation, plenty of lights, is very colorful and has some nice custom touches. This is exactly the type of O gauge layout that will capture the imagination of the young ones. David succeedes in bringing out the toy train and fun aspect of the hobby. I would venture to say that this layout is a popular spot for visitors.
