We had literally hundreds of people there. Our thanks to Al and the LCCA for supporting this and to all of the local TCA folks that came and helped.

We had a Lionel Mallet in Virginian livery on one of the upper tracks pulling over 60 36' Atlas O reefers for over six hours straight. Never a burp. We asked several kids to tell us how many were on the train, and we got all kinds of counts. Very funny.

Mrs Muffin baked over ten dozen muffins for the event in Fall flavors and they were all gone by 1:00pm.

Mr & Mrs Muffin,

Thank you for hosting such a fun and worthwhile event.  I am sorry Ai missed it,  but my son had a football game.   Based upon all of the smiling faces I have seen, it appears to be a big success.  That makes it all worthwhile.   The LCCA plans to have a continued presence and involvement with the Indianapolis based community.  Thank you for spreading the magic of Lionel trains and the LCCA.  Keep doing what you are doing.  It is making a difference within the community and great for our hobby!

Did you you save me a Muffin?  I can't wait to be there for our next holiday train event at Mr. muffins Trains in Carmel IN!  Maybe cinnamon muffins?  We can even have a Polar Express themed party.

Sincerely,

al K.
