Anyone have the TS cow & calf special run diesel set?
How well do they run, how's the sound?

I have the set plus add-on cars. They run as expected for conventional. Since they are not CC, not many speed steps. Slow, medium, and fast. Sound is average. The paint and detail is exceptional. It is a great looking set and really stands out on the layout.

I have the set and I believe Bill has answered your questions well on the how the switcher operates. It is a conventional operating engine and that says it all. One of the best looking SW's I have ever owned and a beautiful set of cars to go with it. I am completely happy with my purchase of this set from LCCA.
