Can I use my older TMCC modules with the new LCS and the iPad app?

I assume you are talking about the TMCC modules such as the SC2s, BPCs, ASCs and AMC. I know you can use the SC2s. The others I listed are options in configuring the iPad app so I would say yes.
Here is a link to the iPad guide. I have all the LCS modules so other than an SC2 that does work for sure, the other I cannot personally comment other than what I see in the app.
Like MartyE I have all new LCS modules in my system. Lionel makes a SER2 device that allows connection of TPC300, TPC400, ASC and BPC devices to the LCS. This is discussed in the LCS section of the Lionel website.
