A couple of weeks ago, Lionel posted a youtube video on how to use a software utility that helps overcome problems connecting your home network to the LCS WiFi module and also monitors the functioning of all your LCS modules. Is this software something that is available now?

At the Legacy Users Group meeting Dave Olson said they are working to add it to the website.
The LCS WiFi Monitor LE page is live here:

Scroll down to the bottom of the page for the download link and the installation notes/User's manual.
Rudy, I just downloaded the Legacy Protocol specification, but it's version 1.21, months ago I downloaded it and it was 1.22. Is there some issue with version numbers of the document or is the one on the LCS site just an old copy?
1.22 is the latest, I'll look into that, thank you. But the difference is minimal.
OK, probably just an old version on the website.
Rudy, Lionel,
I jumped all over this utility. I downloaded it, got it working and connected my Train Computer up to the Legacy System Utility using the "Join Network" option. I am so very happy. I will never use all the bells and whistles (Train Whistles?) that this new utility has, since except for One ASC2 and of course the WiFi Box, the remainder of my Boxes are all of the TMCC version.
Again Thank-you Lionel,
