LED Bulbs for Lionel Equipment

Looking to swap out standard bulbs for LED bulbs. Has anyone performed this task? Any ideas on costs to do this?

I have done a few things and the cost is very reasonable. Here is a place I have purchased bulbs from a couple years ago and had no problems. TrainAidsA There are also many other places to get LED bulbs. There are probably some forum sponsors, possibly Evan Designs that have replacement LED bulbs as well.

Here is a site with a large assortment of LEDS specifically for our trains. They also have regular incandescent bulbs.
