I have a Cab1 with several TMCC locomotives, both Lionel and KLine, with a simple layout. I'm getting the bug for some of the LEGACY Loco's. (Like I need Them) I have a 6-12866 135 watt Powerhouse and a 6-24130 Powermaster . Could I use these with the Legacy Cab1L or the Legacy 990. I usually run only one loco at a time and i have no planes to run accessories on Legacy. What do you think

You can run them with either, but you don't get access to all the features with the CAB1L. If you are purchasing one system, I'd recommend the Legacy, you can add a CAB1L later and use it with the Legacy base. You can also cable your old TMCC base to the Legacy base and use your existing CAB1 remotes.
I believe that in order to have control of your powermaster from either of the Legacy control systems, you'd need to add the Legacy powermaster bridge.
Or you could replace your existing powermaster with one of the new legacy powermasters.
Also, if you're only running command locos, you can leave the powermaster out of the equation altogether and just use a TMCC direct lock-on to connect your powerhouse to the layout to deliver full 18v at all times.
I agree with John in the suggestion of going with the full 990 system.
If you want to get a legacy engine. Then get the Legacy Cab2. The reason is that it will have full control over all of the features. The Cab1L does not have full control.
