Ladies & Gentlemen,

Just recently I did something and I do not know what to the Cab2 remote control to

put my Legacy Shay engine into a very slow acceleration/deceleration mode, try as I might I can not put my Legacy shay engine back into immediate response when dialing the big orange wheel up or down, the engine responds in slow motion unless I hit the boost or brake.

Can someone explain to me 1st what I might have done to make this happen and then explain to me how I turn this slow motion acceleration/deceleration off.  I find no place in the instructions for this education and no place in the instructional video is it covered.

L, M, and H.  Momentum.

On L the engine will respond instantly, on M it will ramp up and or down top the set speed at a decent pace.  On H it will take a long time to reach the set speed.

If you push and hold M while turning the red know you can vary to your liking between 1 (L) and 8 (H).  I usually run at 7 for a more realistic performance.

1. Check your momentum switches at bottom of Cab2 to make sure you are not in High Momentum

or

2. Check train brake......make sure it is all the way up

or

3. Check efx to make sure your graph is not topped off or all the way up.

 or

4. You have not inadvertently set the speed limit button.

hope this helps
