In cab 2 you can try the reset icon button,or look in the owners book and restore featuresfor the engine per the instructions.

if too much fluid was put in you may have flooded the fan.A shot of canned air sometimes will clear it, but on those engines you may need to pull the shell so you can shoot air directly into the smoke unit.

if you did overfill them you could just wait a few days , letting the fluid dry out some.

If niether engines smoke it is not likely that both motors have failed at yhe same time, it could happen though

What is the locomotive product number and what is the code?  I see many of those each month.  It is usually code three like John stated.  Before opening any smoke unit, hit the top of the board with your meter to see if the heater is the correct reading.  Every Legacy locomotive I open gets the following.  Pull and discard the fiberglass  pad.   Install the rope wicking (691SMKP008) after you shred (Reaganize) it.   Follow the video Mike Reagan did on this.  Look where the heater is sitting.  I like them to sit just below the 50 percent depth point in the smoke unit.

If they're flashing three times, that's the smoke motor error code.  That's the most common issue, I typically just replace the smoke motor.

Thanks, I took the cabs off and found a broken wire on the unpowered unit. I fluffed up the packing and added fluid and check the operation, each performed as new.
