Having an issue with my Legacy remote. I charged up the remote, but dont see anything on screen. The keypad displays (see below), and all buttons make noise when I press them. Any idea on what’s happening with it?

Just do the quick check to see that the contrast didn't get messed up:

If the contrast setting doesn't get you going, take advantage of Lionel's apparent warranty extension and reach out to them for free repair (yes, it will take some time...)
Thanks so much! I figured it was user error. Had to hold the remote at an odd angle to actually see the screen and get to the contrast settings. Glad it wasn’t a bigger issue
I would hope that sometime in a future software update that Lionel would put a limit on the contrast setting so you can't go off the deep end either way. This is not the first time this has come up here, obviously it's an issue.
