Legacy SD70 not working

I have a Legacy C/NW SD 70 ace that I think needs a new radio receiver board. The part no. of the board is 691R4LC 103 with Legacy code S03. I have not been able to find this part. Is there any way to get this early Legacy engine running again? I've had it in a local Lionel certified repair shop and they couldn't fix it. The engine no. is 6-28373. Is there anyone that can fix this engine? Harry

Drop me an email, I have the Legacy R4LC-S03 boards. I might suggest that we test the R4LC independently before spending the money on a new one, I can do that as well.
