I've got a pair of PW GEEPS with typical battery horns.  The one, a 2338, has a

rather chattery relay, and weak horn sound.  The other, a 2339, has a relay

which won't always drop out, or "let go" when the horn is released. It can and

does get stuck, sometimes for a minute at a time.   Any thoughts on getting

these old classics back up to 100%??  They both have totally stock motors and

E-units, etc.  I'm using the 1033 90watt power supply for these guys, although

they exhibit they same symptoms with the MTH Z4K.  Thanks!

Youtube video has some good info on fixing the horn itself. I used the tape

trick on the sticky horn relay with good success.  The other unit is still an

issue. Horn blows fine when the GEEP is upside down.  Blowing it with the

relay is marginal at best.  Contacts are clean, and battery is OK. What else

could be wrong with the relay??? Thanks.
