Why no one has ever made this most popular U.S. passenger train in "O" I have no idea?

As I posted before guys, Mr. Clean Magic Erasure works quite well with a little elbow grease.

You may add a little water depending on the lettering paint thickness.

I did this entire car in less than 2 minutes.

No muss, no fuss, “boom, done” (John Madden)

I will be making the first SCL passenger set in O soon.

Stay tuned!

Even though Microscale just came out with O scale decals, the fonts are incorrect for SCL They are for Seaboard, not SCL.

I will be having Dave , the decal guy on here to do mine as a custom set soon.

PORT TAMPA, ST. PETERSBURG, CLEARWATER, BAY PINES plus fantasy,

TARPON SPRINGS and DUNEDIN.

All right here in the Tampa Bay area,  Bay Pines is where one of the larger VA hospitals is.   I pass by the port regularly on the way to work...........

Mark, I lived there 30 yrs, maybe my two new Grand sons will get a new palm tree layout next year. That would be another SIRT first as well.

Bay Pines is known for the VA Hos. It was really a station stop for the elite back in the day.

Alice still has H&R I guess? Did all the tent train / layout shows back then.

Wonder what ever happened to Gary, Carl, Tom, Jerry & George.

Man I bought a lot of Lionel trains from them!

Don't mess with much else removing lettering. Time is $.

Might have to use goo gone once in a great while as an option.

Gave up the brake fluid long ago. Now I've learned a few new tricks.

H&R is still kicking,   pretty much "it" for a true brick & mortar train store in the Tampa Bay area now..........  nice folks,  Alice was a customer when I had my display business.  She was the brains of the operation for sure.   I haven't been over to that side of the Tampa Bay area for over 10 years so cannot confirm current state other than I know it is still open...    Mark

Still there, The owners are Good people, but business is for sale. If your into PW/G/HO/N their good. But really do not have a very good selection for O scale.

Not really surprised,  I said 10 years ago we would see a day when only mail order would be available for O gauge in terms of new purchases.   Looks like that day is about to arrive...........  back in the day: Chester Holley, Happy Hobo, Hollash's Trains, H&R.......  all gone or going it appears.
