Ross custom std gauge switches use LGB switch machines on their #4 std gauge switches. I understand they are 12v DC. Can they be controlled by the mth DCS remote?

Yes, they can, by using an AIU.
Here you go mikemike. I did this wiring diagram for Steve when he released the standard gauge switches.
