Lift Bridge 6-12782 Issue

Hello everyone,

When the span move in up position two strings on the side of the tower containing the 12 wires ribbon cable become loose and the motor become noisy.

On the opposite tower all strings are ok.

It is possible in the side of the tower with the 12 wires ribbon cable the two strings ride outside of the pulley?
